Group up to earn cash back

How do I group up with my friends to earn cash back?
If you want to take the lead:
1. Sign up to start a group shopping trip.
2. Go to your cart to retrieve your unique invite link. Share it with friends to invite them to shop. Everyone buys their own products & checks out separately. Once you & your friends have checked out, each person will receive an email with 50 - 100% cash back on their order.

If you are joining a friend's shopping trip:
Click on the link your friend sent you. Enter your email to join their trip. Add your items to your shopping cart and check out. Once you and your friends check out, you will each receive 50 - 100% cash back through email.

How do I receive my cash back?
If at least 1 other friend completes check out, both you and your friend will receive 50% cash back. If at least 3 other friends complete check out, everyone will receive 100% cash back. (That means if you order $25 worth of products, you will receive $25.) Friends must check out within 3 days. You will receive your cash back at the end of the 3 days.

Cash back will be given in the form of a Friendshop gift card, redeemable in a single transaction within 60 days on gofriendshop.com. Cash back will be calculated on the pre-tax portion of the payment made with a credit card. Cash back does not apply on top of cash back and does not stack with other promotions.

What brands do you carry?
We have a wide selection of popular beauty brands. These include Maybelline, NYX, L’Oréal, Revlon and so many more! We occasionally drop limited inventory flash sales on high-end brands like Fenty, Urban Decay, Tarte, and more, so be sure to check back often. Our beauty editors hand-pick all the brands and products we carry to make decision-making easier for you. We’re always adding new brands, so let us know by emailing hi@gofriendshop.com if there’s a brand you want to see on Friendshop.

Why do you have such awesome prices?
You help us save on marketing costs by bringing your friends to shop with you. We get products from a variety of sources, including brand partnerships, excess product at a manufacturer, department store cancellations, merchandise clear-outs due to warehouse size constraints, and more. We pass our savings onto you and your friends.

Shipping

Where does Friendshop ship?
Friendshop currently ships to the 50 United States and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or if your items are backordered. Tag us on IG: @gofriendshop to let us know where you live.

How long does shipping take?
We offer free Standard Shipping (3-9 business days) on all orders over $25. Otherwise, shipping is $2.99. We also have Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days) for those times you just can’t wait for $19.99.

When will my order ship?
After you place your order, processing takes 1-2 business days. You will get a shipment notification and tracking number email as soon as your individual order ships.

Sometimes our products fly off our internet shelves so quickly that they might be backordered. In these cases, we’re sorry about that and will email you to keep you updated! Should any questions arise, shoot us a note at hi@gofriendshop.com.

How can I update my order or edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email hi@gofriendshop.com as soon as you can. Same goes for if you would like to cancel or change your order. Our fulfillment center processes orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I place a return or exchange?
We’re sorry that you didn’t love your purchase with Friendshop. Please reach out to hi@gofriendshop.com with your order number and specify the products you’d like to exchange or return. We’ll send you your free exchange / return shipping label.

What’s your return policy?
We want you and your friends to love your Friendshop purchases, so we offer free returns. All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Order # must be provided to place a return. Email us at hi@gofriendshop.com, and we’ll take care of it for you.

The cash back that you received for that order will be deducted from your refund amount. Purchases made with cash back cannot be refunded.

How long does it take to process a return?
Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Firstly, we’re sorry about that! Please email hi@gofriendshop.com and we’ll make sure things are fixed for you!
